The Housing Authority does not help tenants pay either security deposits or utility deposits. There are other agencies and funding sources that may help you pay required deposits. Anyone can attend events or meals at the center. You must be 50 years old to become a voting member. Membership is just $20 per year. You must be 60 years old to have a reduced meal cost.
