Residential Energy Rebates & Load Management Forms

Appliance Rebate (PDF) You will receive a rebate if you purchase one of the following ENERGY STAR labeled appliance:

  • Refrigerators or freezers- $75
  • Clothes washers - $75 or $100
  • Dishwashers - $50
  • Electric water heaters- $50

Recycling Rebate (PDF)

You will receive a rebate if you recycle your old, working:

  • Refrigerator - $50
  • Freezer - $50

How to buy energy-efficient appliances (PDF)

Heating and Cooling Equipment Rebate(PDF)
You will receive a rebate if you purchase one of the following Energy Star heating or cooling units:

Residential Weatherization Rebate (PDF)
This program provides 50% of the project cost up to a maximum rebate of $500 for installing conservation measures that will improve the energy efficiency of your home.

Central Air Conditioner Tune-Up Rebate (PDF)  When you have your central air conditioner tuned up by a licensed heating/cooling contractor, we will rebate you up to $60 to help cover the cost of the tune up. Limit 1 rebate every 2 years.

LED Bulb or Fixture Rebate (PDF)
When you purchase Energy Star LED bulbs or fixtures we will rebate 50% of the cost up to $10 per bulb and $20 per fixture with a lifetime rebate limit of $400 per customer.

Load Management

You can save monthly on your utility bill by signing up for Load Management

Just allow us to cycle your Electric Water Heater or Central Air Conditioner during peak energy conditions and you'll receive a credit on your monthly bill!

Commercial Energy Rebates


Commercial Lighting Replacement Rebate (PDF)
This program provides monetary incentive for commercial electric customers to upgrade the lighting in their facility to more energy efficient fixtures.

Commercial New Construction Lighting Rebate (PDF) 
This program encourages commercial electric customers building new facilities to install qualifying energy efficient lighting equipment by providing a rebate.

Commercial Weatherization Rebate (PDF) 
We will rebate our commercial electric customers a portion of the costs to weatherize their facility.

Multi-Unit Weatherization Rebate (PDF)
This program is available to multi-unit owners, giving them the opportunity to make their rental units more energy efficient and cost effective for their tenants.

Variable Frequency Drive Rebate (PDF) 
These rebates will assist our commercial customers to install VFDs on motors to make them more efficient.

Commercial Custom Rebate (PDF) 
We will look at commercial energy efficient upgrades that do not fit under any of the above rebate programs and see if the project will qualify for a rebate by calculating to see how much energy the project will save.

Commercial Energy Miser Rebate (PDF) 
We will rebate our commercial customers for purchasing and installing Energy Misers on their indoor refrigerated beverage vending machines. These will help you save energy by powering down your vending machines when it senses no movement in the area.
