This website was created to inform our community about the effects of stormwater pollution and how to help prevent discharges into our local receiving waters.

Definition
Stormwater can be defined as water that runs off our property and collects pollutants that wash into our catch basins. The polluted water is then transferred to our local receiving waters.

Activities
The way we try to combat the effects of storm water runoff is by implementing best management practices (BMPs) for residents, businesses, and construction. You can find BMPs and educational material on this website:
Please help our community control storm water pollution.
