Information on Inspections and Permits
Inspections
There are two different fee schedules for inspections.  One is for residential inspections and the other is for commercial inspections.  Click here to see the residential fee schedule.  Click here to view the commercial fee schedule.

When starting a project a site plan may need to be completed.  Please contact the office to see if one is needed because this could be a part of the inspection process.  Click here to see an example of a site plan.  For a new construction project the building inspectors also review a new construction energy code compliance certificate which includes the thermal envelope, mechanical systems, and more.
